CR is proceeded by a trading halt, won't get a routine announcement for a CR. You are correct they will need capital at the correct point in time, hopefully they do need mine capital... that would mean the mines are worth funding.
Performance rights issue is pretty standard process. They appear to be adding strong value to the stock through active drilling and M&A activity. They deserve performance rights moving the company forward so strongly and providing strong price growth for shareholders.
