While I agree a significant discovery is required to move the sp up any significant amount (or a doubling of the oil price - whichever comes first), I dont think BPT Management/Board is in the correct financial position to start a share buyback (they do not have "spare" cash - all has been committed to funding developments either in Australia or Egypt - and as BPT has just got rid of all its borrowings, I dont believe they want to go back into debt so fast).
