huh? The announcement came out stock jumped and then pulled back with the expectation of a CR. The company wisely chose that moment to do a CR which is why the stock then fell further to take that into account. I'm not being sarcastic either, I think that was an opportune time to raise some capital. The market didn't "mistake" anything. Why its been sideways going since then while the ore prices are rising beats me, that seems to be the mistake and should eventually sort itself out. My guess is perhaps the rising ore price is being offset by some sort of creeping uncertainty that they may need to give more to GOT than was initially tabled, but I don't see a precedent for that.
