Reasons for looking South africa is that there constitution is really in favour of the people . A few months ago they (courts) extinguished the mandate hysteria . They basically said that if any private enterprise mandated the jabs at the respective work place than those said companies would be liable should an employee suffer from severe adverse reaction or death from the jab . However should any employee decide to take the jab voluntarily than the employer is not liable .
