Quite surprised by the low % of retail uptake but I know Lazarus wouldn't have been....must have been telegraphed in advance of the underwriting

The question now is what is their playbook.....presumably either
(i) just clipping the ticket on the underwriting with all these shares already snapped up by 'sophisticated investors'....if so guess this will become apparent shortly who has the real control of the company
(ii) Aggressive growth of the business via acquisition....wrap it all up in a bow & sell it off to get back their funds... presumably in 2-3 year timescale with a view to profit from the options
(or a combination of the above)
