This is a terrible announcement. As long stated, it’s not the lack of correspondence which is the issue, it’s the lack of activity. I’m sure the company would be sending mass updates on a sniff of any activity, but frankly there is none. There is absolutely no new information in this announcement. Company took 3 months off at the end of the year. That is by definition a lifestyle company. Best case scenario is we luck into something and get taken over and run by a competent BOD.
