I'm curious to know others thoughts and sorry if this has been covered, is it possible that our EAP collaborators with NDA's, have wanted to hold off signing commercial licence agreements, until the relevant IP is fully patent protected. Could this patent open the door for multiple licences that have been possibly on hold?
