Finally after 3 weeks and mutiple requests, received the following which is as we all know.
'I am sorry to report we are still waiting on the Namibian court to provide us with an appeal hearing date.
Our lawyers are in regular contact with the Registrar and keep telling us they are expecting an answer in a day or two ! As you can imagine it is extremely frustrating for all of us.
As soon as we have a date it will be announced'
Basically sounds like the lawyers are running the show on this item
