I have a few anti-vaxxer friends.......great people.......but lost to their new found cause
a few things I observed: 1. they ALL justify their anti-vax positions using the "arguments" presented by anti-vaxxers on HC.......this tells me that they are all in the same disinformation bubble......get forwarded the same memes/posts from the same sites 2. they all dismiss government published data as being part of a "conspiracy" 3. they all claim that the same "conspiracy" is hiding deaths from vaccines.......but have no actual data to support this claim.....but they ALL say that they know someone whose close friends/family have died from a vaccine reaction
I spend a bit of time debunking some of their anti-vax disinformation......but once it gets to fantasy figures on vaccine deaths I stop......because the very act of debating would mean I take those claims seriously......and I leave it to them to supply me figures or actual names of people who have died from the vaccine so we can then discuss this topic
