Reckon the best thing Beach ...could do ...is ..
1/..change the Co name
and convert 2 current shares back to 1 ...ie 10000 shares at 80cents ..become 5000 shares at say $1.60
think it thru
beach to rocket to $1.50 within 3 months, page-27
