Another raising, and a familiar underwriter
Since raising $100m via a convertible note issue in June 2007 these are the raisings i have in my notes of SBM (i may not have them all but i believe it to be accurate, please tell me if incorrect)
2007 - Raised $98.5m at $0.63
2008 - Raised $120m at $0.40
2009 - Raised $77m at $0.41
If you add the above up and then cast a glance at the shareholder equity as at June 2009 it does not look clever (Shareholder Equity at June 09 = $296m according to Morningstar)
I'll not bother to give the figures for the Aussie gold price from Dec 07 to now, if your here already you will know
About to raise $124m at $0.27
