I agree andres . I feel the market got carried away with the Nasdaq listing and placement and the SP has run significantly in a very short time on the back of that hype and has probably run too hard . The SP is pulling back for a number of reasons among them being the negative macro climate on the Nasdaq and the biotech sector as well as punters exiting due to profit taking and / or due to the listing not yet occurring.

The fundamentals will drive the value as you say and successful OSA and any other results will increase the MC .

The company has significant cash reserves as you have stated , and the OSA news flow should be imminent so I too would like to see a CR ( if needed ) down the track in a more favourable climate after positive news on the trials which one would expect would result in a CR at a higher price .

Further I will add that given the negative climate on the Nasdaq I would rather they also list later in a more favourable climate at a time of their choosing after results and that in the meantime they focus in the coming weeks on newsflow of the results .

It seems to me that the SP has recently run hard on the back of the listing hype rather than fundamentals and that this pullback given the Nasdaq climate may well have washed out many investors that expect a stag windfall on listing - those stag investors would negatively impact the SP on listing in any event so whilst I am not happy with the drop in the SP I would rather the SP has its retrace now from the highs due to hype prior to the listing . Also if it lists after positive news flow on the trials is released then any increase in the SP is sustainable and underpinned by the fundamentals and that is in my view a better scenario . These are only my comments from observation and all my opinion of course . We will find out soon enough where it is all at .
