for those whinging about bad debt numbers, do you know the numbers of other BNPL (APT/Affirm/Klarna etc)? Do you know what the bad debt numbers of Big4 banks credit card division are? you'd think that bad debt is a part of any credit provider and it's just a cost of doing business! AFAIK Z1P does credit check upon opening the account so their numbers should be considerably less than other BNPL (such as APT) who doesn't do credit check.

not saying bad debt increase is a good thing but it's not the only determining factor to see how well a credit provider business is doing.
