You are probably right based on the current market sentiment/performance etc. But I suspect strong dividends, strong cash flows, the commodity super cycle theme, the incredibly low PE will eventually shift sentiment. By all financial metrics this should be well clear of $4, just a matter of a sentiment change or the fundamentals finally shining through in annual/HY reports.
