You seem to know something about credit quality - the denominator for the arrears rate - is it average receivables for the quarter, starting or end period receivables? The reason I ask is because the seasonal spike in transactions in Dec quarter make it difficult for the numerator to show very much... >60 days means that only the October transactions can show as arrears at the end of December. Do you often see a reduction in the arrears rate each December, offset by an increase in the March quarter? It did play out that way last year, but the company's changes in risk appetite can be hard to disentangle.
