I agree here, I called out the same wording.
Particularly the “in a position to list” part. I took it as the BOD waiting for the best possible timing (which as we know, wasn’t in Dec/Jan due to tech taking a hit.
A few weren’t happy, but as I said at the time. Wording is everything, gotta read between the lines sometimes.
