The last report and the AGM read quite well. I am surprised at the markets response. I think Tony stepping down made everyone panic. But in the same vein, he was replaced by someone who has been at the company for just as long and in a very senior position.
Martin Deda is stepping down to retire, which is fair enough we all want to retire, that’s why we’re investing. On paper the new CFO looks very qualified and comes from very reputable companies. I do agree though it will be very interesting to see the numbers and forecast in March. I also wonder if Bravura will receive any takeover offers? Is it even possible given monopoly laws? I imagine it would need to be from private equity if that were the case.
