Does anyone know want to guess what the part-equity part of the deal could look like?
With the SP almost at the raise price and we are approx $60m market cap if we had to raise $$$ for equity now, would it not look kinda horrible from a dilution standpoint at a small premium (if we're lucky) to the current price?
