The addition of a further 100000 shares has the dual benefit of showing how this Director has confidence in JLG, and also what a peasant, looking in the mirror, some of us are.
But a happy peasant, as JLG's SP accretion (notwithstanding the post-retail entitlement dip) helps to put future food on the table.
