I watched an interview with Greg Hunt this morning and he said the two Pills being offered are only for use in limited circumstances for at risk groups. They are for people who contract Covid, so not to prevent Covid, and are then prescribed by a Doctor to a person who is in at risk group such as the elderly to hopefully prevent the effects of Covid progressing to acute or hospitalisation required.
So there is still alot of scope in there for other treatment style pills/formulas.
I also caveat this with who believes with anyone says these days!
