Exactly Bocholt. This demerger idea will cost millions to begin with when really they can't get the margins for either company right, and when corporate costs are really too high to begin with. The Board has never explained why they are incapable of being profitable on $100 million income. They will no doubt want more funds from supposedly trusting investors, but the last SPP to shareholders was a dismal failure. There is nothing that has been presented by this Board that would make me want to fork out more funds that they can use at will. I doubt they are reading the mindset of shareholders with any accuracy or concern. The largesse in directors fees etc need not just a haircut but a crewcut until the Board gets more real about what shareholders expect and until they start delivering. The last 3-4 years have been atrocious for shareholders.
