Yes exactly David said that a commercial decision was made by the directors and they will not be reissuing the options and I did say that we weren't properly informed and he said that they're lawyers informed all that had to but obviously that's not the case because we were told that there was a back log which is untrue they were aware of the situation with the vendor maybe we shouyld all get together and take a class action against them for misinforming shareholders I'm sure Slater & Gordon will be happy to take on this case.Please advise if we would like to get together or the company changes their stanc????????
