Already a number of offers have been received and exceptional results at Carr Boyd one of the major reasons for the sale, could be an interesting strategy.
Would be very interested to know how many and what $$$ have been offered, personally I'd prefer to retain 50% of the royalties and let someone else do the work via a JV or similar.
