We could easily build it here, it will just cost a bit more. HZR will probably have to write off the payments to the existing contractor or take it to court.
Australia needs to concentrate on TAFE's , they have been unfashionable for 40 years and we've largely lost a skilled competitive trades workforce- and are paying the penalty.
