    Morrison doesn't give a RATs.....

    yet reports continue that retail and wholesale purchasers of RATs are having their orders diverted (commandeered) by Fed Govt.

    Is it legal that the Fed Govt can store RATS in order to wholesale them to general retail?

    especially when RATs aren't being sent to GP clinics or small, independent pharmacies.
