This could be one of those IPO`s that produce a good stag profit if the market conditions are right, or it could flop badly if conditions are not so rosey.

Having gone through the prospectus, i am tending to agree with you in thinking that the founders are going to be the only ones making money out of this little venture.

The companys executive directors have also put themselves on a reasonable wage, to be reviewed after 12 months.

There is no underwriter for this offer also, you may want to ask why?

I will keep an eye on this one when it lists, and see how it goes, but i do not think i will be partaking in this one.
