Just an insight to your thoughts.

Hartley's investments based in Perth cover PEN and a SPP was done recently.

After the SPP done via Hartley's, PEN secured 50 million credit line facility with an firm (YA....) in US.

If you read through the PEN threads, there are references that PEN management represented by Gus went to China to present something. Couple of months ago, I beleive PEN management was in UK.

Please do some research on PEN threads. There are quite a lot of useful information available either as information or as reference to other websites.
