Local law 97 does not apply until 2024. Does this mean CPV's product will not be popular for another 2 years until building owners are forced to increase efficiency in NYC? Or perhaps in 1 year's time to allow time to order and install? Given the efficiency bar in 2024 is lower than the one in 2030, will CPV's product even be needed in 2024?

I would like to buy CPV but want to get the timing right. Europe is of course a different market.
