    Not sure if anyone has noted that in the most recent Centro Shareholder Association Newsletter, Centro has been approached by Chinese banks in a potential bid to refinance the current debt at lower margins.

    If this comes to fruition i can imagine that both the SP of CER and CNP will be so much higher than current levels.
