Just reading on the so called incentive plan that the BOD is gifting itself - stated value is $2.1mil - you'd have to love working on a board somewhere.
Note, that the valuation is based on a share price of 4.9 cents. At the current 5.6 cents, the incentives can now be valued at $2.4mil.
