What are the chances that Sud would do an off market sale to Roth? Seems the easiest and gives Sud a bit of profit taking... (Maybe Chaya might free some up!)
There would obviously be some tax consequences for Sud, but who knows...
This would be easier for Roth, and far easier than on market purchases.
I would expect something like this to happen given the volume required.
