Its the 10 posts a day that you rant, I have been quiet about it because it needed to be discussed. You seem to have a lot more to offer than just daily complaining about something that none of us will be able to fix. You have an up coming forum to voice your concerns and if that does not work you need to directly contact someone in management and start a conversation that may help get meaningful change. If you are still unsatisfied I suggest selling your parcel and moving on to a company that suits your hunger for comms.
I am not trying to be cruel or mean about this, I just think it has been beaten into the ground.
