Barikewa .6TCF...?
Estimates are actually closer to a field size of .8TCF
(or 800BCF)...
who is Wood Mackenzie?...

at 5 bucks an MCF that makes this field worth $600 Million dollars in revenue terms our stake...
(Cash Maple is the same size for our stake)...
so another 600 mill...
add Kimu to that which is quarter the size of Barikewa,
and Oyong and Wortel gas... this little oiler has giant gas assets, and guess what?...

The Gas is definately there....

This oiler wont perform like it has in the run up this year, but this is a totally different oiler on a totally different risk level compared to many of its peers...
Its all about gas development...
This is where I want to invest...
this is low risk type stuff without the high risks of exploration failure...

Even if CUE sold its PNG proven gas reserves (2P equivalent)... which it wont sell, but lets say they sell for 50cents per MCF...
that comes to 135million dollars on a 170ish Million market cap...
And the market aint even bothered about it, one eye otta...

In time these assets wont be ignored...
The 20 million dollar question is when will they be noticed...
Could be a year, could be a few years...

I reckon when construction gets fully under way early next year, and as more consolidation in the region continues, then
CUE will get noticed sooner rather than later...

gotta love this...
Holding a stock that has a whole lot of proven assets for free...
yeahh harrgghhhh
whos patient enough to stick around and wait for CUE to blossum into a mid tier oiler?
