Unfortunately HCH never appreciates enough on the good days to absorb the bad days. The Port announcement is great but it is something that impact the SP in 2 to 3 years. We have a maritime license and access to the land to build pipelines but none of it is worth anything without a decision to mine. To get to that point we require assays, assays, assays, more assays, an MRE, a PFS etc. The port is a great piece of the puzzle but worthless if the rest of the puzzle doesn't exist.
