Weather - maybe, maybe not
If they did not consistently fail to meet production in previous quarters maybe there would be a stockpile available to sell during weather affected periods? La Nina is hardly an irregular event and can be planned for ( in part). But of course there has been desperation to sell diminished production at any price to reduce the Mountain of debt that existed due to to the prior incompetence of management.
I get it - these guys are just unlucky....?
