I personally do not think Dykes one night of drunken behavior is the main factor in terminating his services. As it does not seem to be ongoing behaviour. He should be terminated due to his apparent lack of business ethics, misleading statements and acting in self interest.

I hope more share holders attend the AGM or at the least mail in their votes. All to often we investors let the incorrect Management ran our companies.

Yes i will definately be asking the harder Q's put forward by Ousia. I see a good half dozen circled to ask from the print outs obtained from Ousia's posts...

In terms of renumeration the Directors should not be guaranteed 500K bonus each. Should be based on performance for any Director, not guaranteed. Otherwise it is salary, that is simply paid if they stay to a certain date.

Big questions naturally are 'where the hell is the China project money', did u not investigate that TPID was a 2 cent company owned by a crook, etc.

They should be questioned like they are in court. Surely Dykes and Young will be there as they may lose their job.

I hope we have enough votes and obviously Orbis will have a huge influence in the voting outcome.

Orbis may have the plan to get rid of the management up for re-election and start from a clean slate. Unless they know something we do not or are communicated to regularly then they MUST be as pi$#ed off as us. They have seen it all before...
