    Jan 21 (Reuters) - Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd (TUL) :

    • ENTERED INTO A NON- BINDING HEADS OF AGREEMENT WITH KOCH METALS LIMITED
    • AGREEMENT FOR AN OFF-TAKE ARRANGEMENT AND FUNDING FOR ITS IRON ORE AT NORSEMAN PROJECT
    • UNDER AGREEMENT, KOCH WILL BUY UP TO 400 MILLION TONNES OF JORC COMPLIANT IRON ORE
    • KOCH WILL PROVIDE A$42 MILLION TO FUND EXPLORATION, DEVELOPMENT AND MINING OF IRON ORE AT NORSEMAN PROJECT
