$15m covers a heck of a lot of drilling. $1.35 is a good price - it's only spent a handful of days trading higher than this.
This puts a valuation floor under this and also removes the CR overhang with minimal dilution.
Drilling and IP underway - could have visuals as soon as next week - not sure this will be even a minor speed bump in the price.
