sale of subs

sweet crude you made mention that they expect to get approx $2 million from the sub sales, where did that figure come from, was it in one of their announcements that i missed.
If that is correct, seems to me that they are selling their assets to cheaply.
Back 5 or 6 years ago from memory they bought the Sydney Co medical industries for approx $5 million when it was doing sales of some $7 or $8 million not to mention the west australian distributor west coast for $2.2 million with sales of $4.5 million.
They also have Portland that suppose to have a sales contract for $5 million a year with some victoria distributor cant remember who, but all up after expending some $7.2 million plus of shareholders money, to get a mere $2 mill certainly short changes us long suffering shareholders.
