I did read a report about logistic problems due to all the international flights to China leaving from Melbourne, none from Sydney, which causes a problem for when processing is done in Sydney, has to be freighted back down to Melbourne.

Huon and Tassal have processing in Sydney, but Tassal Sydney operations, DeCosti, are seafood and prawns i believe.
