I think they will continue to use the buyback tactically, to clear lines of stock that are overhanging the market.
So I dont expect that they will buyback the full 7 m shares. Its in place as much to give confidence to the buyers to come back, and here they are starting to be successful.
And if they don't use the full buyback it opens the door for dividend payments to start.
