I think the company needs to seriously consider being sold and look for a strategic partner to take it to the next level. In the end, Fluence has a great product but they don't have enough sales people or distributors around the world selling the product. Its the sales execution (with distributors and sales people) that needs a major focus, not just hiring one or two people in the United States.
