Interesting It should be noted the tree lowest cost ways of shipping are as follows
Pipe line Obviously liquid only now lots of social pressure putting new ones in.
Sea Freighter Close to piping if large enough.
Train. efficient low man power. efficiency is directly impacted by length of train.
Truck way behind Trains fuel and labor intensive. They pay lots of road taxes through fuel purchases but this does not cover even 50 % of the damage they do to roads. If they paid their way they would not exist.
