No such thing as a curtesy call. They are SALES calls.
Even calls from Dentist/Doctor/Accountant/ fill in the blank, reminding of a future appointment, is a SALES call!
Every time I hear, this is a curtesy call, it's followed by dollar signs - from me to them!
