Agree with your analysis but I wonder how could Vestpro and/or Paradice support a board spill ?
isn't it that any future off take agreement (which could potentially reduce SH value particularly value for Vestpro and Paradice) with MZ parent company would have to go before SH and MZ wouldn't be able to participate.
