stevdaw: Like yourself, I am not holding but following the AGS development intently.
Also hope that AGS will come out winners out of this now messy situation (in my opinion, it is never positive when lawyers become involved).
I wonder, if the SA government can really get involved in a dispute between two companies? Would that not have to be the National government with reference to NATIONAL INTERESTS at stake?? But then the "opponents" are not Chinese but from the "friendly" USA, which complicates matters considerably in my view.
