AA is the big fish in our little pond, we are all (including me) just little tadpoles.
If you are not prepared to swim in the same pond, you should choose different pond to swim in, that's the choice we have as small shareholders. We are nimble, we can get in and out without anyone noticing.

But we as small shareholders cannot expect the big fish to regard our views, the big fish will act in their own best interests to carry the company forward, and we small tadpoles just allow for the ride. If one is not happy with the ride or the pond, switch ponds (that is our advantage, because we are tadpoles, we have no influence on the market pricing, we can jump around to our hearts content). The disadvantage of the big fish: they are stuck.
