Joe, your “funny” is very inappropriate here. Many investors have money tied up in this.
The ASX has denied investors the ability to trade their shares or determine a market price for their shares. This could impact investors in many ways, including pension eligibility, separation financial settlements or CGT issues.

The existence of such an email is a concern to investors, as it shows some one is determined to undermine ISX’s business connections, however the AFR did not disclose the sender of the email. I suggest ISX management use the same freedom of info rules to find the sender.

The frequency of your negative posts illustrates your desire undermine ISX. You have never disclosed your motivation, but the intent is clear.

A few questions:
1. Why did the AFR not disclose the source of the email to the ambassador?
2. Why does the AFR not cover the story that some people are taking actions to undermine ISX.
3. Did the AFR or any of its associates send the email?
4. Did JoeGambler send the email, they sure like to promote AFR articles here!
