You are absolutely correct - the grade discount is very large compared to when last years dividend payment was worked out and will definitely have a bearing on the amount paid. To do a proper estimate 58% IO prices should have been compared rather than premium as the discount variance between the two years being looked at is too large to ignore. Sometime before the dividend payment i might attempt to estimate by looking at prices of our IO rather than the premium grade.
