Nov - KEMPFIELD Silver Project Scoping Study The scoping study into a heap leach project to produce silver is expected to be released in November 2009. As part of that study consideration has also been given to treating the ore by agitated leach and the results of the study will include consideration of this approach.
Dec - WEST WYALONG Gold Project Argent Minerals Limited announced today that drilling of Hole AGC001 has been completed at 531.9 metres. The Hole comprised a planned 300 metre diamond tail on an existing 200 metre vertical RC hole drilled in April this year. The hole was extended to 531.9 metres as it intersected multiple small shear zones from 509 metres. The core has been transferred to the Company’s Kempfield premises where seven selected intervals totalling 72 metres will be cut and sent for priority assaying and petrographic analysis. The rest of the core will subsequently be cut and sent for assaying. Results are expected in December 2009.
